i cannot put it in my head that elliott smith has been dead for years. of course i have known that he has been dead for years , but i cant believe it. he speaks to me now , not 3 years ago. i have recently become extremely effected by his absence. i dont think any of you care but i am extrememly sad about this. my maturity has come from elliott smith. my sadness has been accompanied by elliott smith. my beautiful thoughts have been in my head with elliott smith playing. and all the while he has been dead with several holes in his chest. it doesnt make since. i want to get excited about his new album. i want to cry seeing him live. i want so see him cry when he plays, like he always did.

i dont know what all of you think of him, but i feel closer to god when i hear his music .

at the stage door norbert leo butz shook my hand and i just sat down and cried.
he is my hero.

guys, i want THIS more than i can explain. theatre means sooo much to me. i meen, he shook my hand and it made me cry. he was wonderful to say the least. ive never been so inspired and happy. im sooo ready to start working on choo choo kids.

guys, i have never been so happy.

today i .....

* spent beautifull time with gretchen
* bought amazing vintage clothing
* drank coffee with stephen schwartz and talked about musical theatre, parenthood, and life.
* went to eat an amazing steak at Sardis
* went to SPAMALOT !!! AND IT WAS THE MOST AMAZING THING I HAD EVER SEEN !!!
I am meen you guys think you know comedy, but i assure you that you dont.

* got tim curry, david hyde peirce, alan tudyk, sara ramirez's autograph
* THE PILLOWMAN was playing right next to Spamalot so i went to the stage door and got my picture taken with JEFF GOLDBLUM !!!! and BILLY CRUDUP ( russel in almost famous, will bloom aka the son in BIG FISH ), and they both gave me in depth advice about success in theatre.

* then on the way back to the hotel we past by the minskoff theatre ( fiddler on the roof ), and everyone was at the stage door waiting for harver feirstein. but harvey didnt come out right off the bat so everyone left. BUT TRENT STAYED !!!! I WAS THE LAST PERSON THERE AND I GOT MY PICTURE WITH HARVEY FEIRSTEIN !!!!!!

so today i met -
harver feirstein
stephen schwartz
tim curry
david hyde peirce
jeff goldlum
billy crudup
and sara ramirez ( who played the lady of the lake in spamalot and was the best female actress i have ever seen )

AND I GOT TO SEE GRETCHEN !!!!! IM IN LOVE, SO HARDCORE

TODAY HAS BEEN THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE !!!!!!!!!!!

so im here in new york at the business center at my hotel.
new york is unreal. its just like all my dreams are just right here in front of me.
i cried walking by the gershwin theatre. its just so spiritual.
well im eating with stevie tommorow. and then im going to see some show with TIM CURRY in it.
also spending a lovely day with the love of my life and finding kewl vintage clothing.

so im up here in atlana. i got cast as the jester in " once upon a mattress" , and i have a solo fosse like solo called "very soft shoe".
im having alot of fun.

its officialy 2 weeks till i leave for new york. and i am sooooooooo excited. my step dad let me bring his phone so i have been able to call gretchen everyday which has made me feel so much better. i miss her so much. i really love her, alot. did yall know that ?
by the way, ARE SIX MONTH ANNIVERSERY IS FRIDAY !!!!!!!!!! HECK YA !!!!!! THATS HALF A YEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!
